StepCapture is a Chrome extension that lets you automatically generate step-by-step visual documentation just by clicking through your workflow.
When you start a capture, StepCapture tracks each click or interaction on the current tab and takes a screenshot at every step. These are then turned into a structured guide that includes:
- The screenshot of the action
- A clickable element label
- A short description
- The ability to blur elements, reorder steps, or add notes
You can edit the guide, share it via public link, export (upcoming), or collaborate with teammates inside a workspace. It’s perfect for onboarding new hires, training clients, reporting bugs, or documenting SOPs — with no manual writing.
